Shipping and Returns Policy

Our products ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States via UPS or Federal Express. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery times for you. Tap Tubes, LLC is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during shipping. If you would like to inquire about additional shipping options that do not appear among the below-listed shipping methods, please call us at 907-600-9468 and talk to one of our sales representatives. All return requests are subject to the strict enforcement of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Due to the supply constraints of some of our products and services, Tap Tubes, LLC reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. There may be occasions when Tap Tubes, LLC confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Tap Tubes, LLC will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Product received which does not match the original invoice.
  • Unused product in its original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence thereof. Photographs of the damaged product, as well as a shipping box, are required.

PRODUCT THAT MAY NOT BE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Non-returnable products
  • Custom products
  • Incomplete, partial, or used product.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSED RETURN

Within seven (7) days of delivery of the product, a notice of intent to return and the reason, therefore, must be sent to Tap Tubes, LLC.  Returns must be sent to Tap Tubes, LLC within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the product and postmarked within that timeframe.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION

An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be issued before returning the item or it will be refused.  The RMA number must be displayed on the return shipping packaging.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

The product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Unless the damage or defect was caused by or was the responsibility of Tap Tubes, LLC, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen, or misplaced (nor does Tap tubes, LLC assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipping product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer).

INSPECTION

Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Tap Tubes, LLC as to whether the product is returnable, damaged, or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.

DENIAL OF RETURN

Should Tap Tubes, LLC not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefore. In that event, Tap Tubes, LLC will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. Alternatively, the customer retains the right to request Tap Tubes, LLC to dispose of the product.

RE-STOCKING FEE

All returns that are accepted are subject to a twenty percent (20%) re-stocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.

PROCESSING OF REFUND

If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) business days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
